Who we are
SIGMA Energy Developers Ltd is a hydropower developer registered in Rwanda, at 29KG 574 St, Kacyiru, Kigali. Company registration number to be supplied. We decide how the details described here are used.
What we collect
We collect only what you type into the contact form: the description you choose for yourself, your organisation if you give one, your name, your email address, and your message. Our host records the usual server information with each request, including your IP address and browser, for security and diagnostics.
We do not collect special category data, and we do not ask for it. Please do not send confidential project documents through the form.
Why we hold it
We use your details to answer your enquiry and to continue the conversation that follows. We do not use them for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list. Our basis for holding them is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is live, and for two years after the last contact, so we can pick a discussion back up. If a discussion becomes a commercial relationship, the records are kept for as long as that relationship and any legal obligation requires. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.
Who else sees it
Your message reaches the people at SIGMA who need to answer it. It also passes through the suppliers that host this site and carry our email. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. If we add analytics later, this policy will say what the tool is and what it records before it goes live.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent. Write to janvier@senergydevelopers.com and we will reply within thirty days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the National Cyber Security Authority in Rwanda, or to the data protection regulator where you live.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with the date it took effect.
